Setting the Code

When you receive your luggage, you can easily set the code for the lock by following these simple steps:

1. Turn the dials to the correct combination (0-0-0)
2. Press down the button and use a tool to set the new combination (e.g. 8-8-8), then pull the square part
3. Lock the case again, and now you can open the lock with the new combination

Charging Port Usage

To utilize the charging port, simply unzip the luggage and locate the cable inside. Use a power bank to charge it, keeping in mind that the USB-A input only works for USB-A output. After connecting the cable to the USB port, you can then connect it to your phone.

Zipper Pull Design

Our interior liner zipper does not have a zipper pull intentionally. This design choice is to prevent any potential scratching or damage to your items.

TSA Lock and Key

Our luggage is equipped with a convenient TSA lock, allowing you to secure your suitcase with a PIN code. Please note that we do not provide a key for this lock, as keys for customs locks are exclusively for official use by customs officials.
